Can I pay in instalments?
Payment is required in full at the beginning of the course.

Can I be exempt from any of the face-to-face training?
As each training session of the PPA Digital Diploma offers specific skills and knowledge transfer, as well as support with the practical exercises, it is not anticipated that any exemptions will be available. How long does the course take to complete?
The qualification should be completed within nine months of the first face-to-face training session. Deferments are not permitted.
