Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another module then the following charges will apply dependent on the notice given.
More than four weeks prior to the course - no charge
Two to four weeks prior to the course - 25% of the course fee
Less than two weeks prior to the course - 50% of the course fee
If you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges apply:
More than four week prior to the course - no charge
Two to four week prior to the course - 50% of the course fee
Less than two weeks prior to the courses - full fee - i.e. no refund
Cancellation or transfer must be made in writing and received by PPA Training by the due date.
Payment should be received within 21 days of the invoice date and delegates will not be able to book other courses until payment is received.
Please be advised that places are dealt with on a first come first served basis. Application does not guarantee acceptance onto the programme and you will be notified as to the outcome of your application.
